Body Attack BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A Les Mills™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, increasing strength and cardio fitness, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Body Pump Toning and conditioning class using weights for anyone who wants to add strength training to their aerobic training. Using a step platform, a bar and a set of weights with easy to follow routines, this class will have your heart pounding and your muscles toned. Its up to you how much weigh you use during each section of the class.

RPM RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

Pilates A low impact class which focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Using a variety of mat-based and standing exercises, Pilates integrates breath and movement for a holisitic workout, which can help to strengthen muscles and improve postural alignment. The core principles of Pilates include Breathing, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision and Flow. Options available for all fitness levels and abilities.
