Working through a variety of core and leg exercises, you will focus on strengthening and toning up your entire body. Training both your core and lower body is a fantastic way to improve muscle tone, balance, co-ordination and stability.

Body Balance Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Indoor Cycling Indoor Cycling is a high intensity class on our stationary bikes in our dedicated cycle studio. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you're new to the class, speak to your instructor who will be happy to help you with bike set up.
