Indoor Cycling Indoor Cycling is a high intensity class on our stationary bikes in our dedicated cycle studio. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you're new to the class, speak to your instructor who will be happy to help you with bike set up.

Body Pump "BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

FIT4LIFE A full body aerobic and strength-based class, which is suitable for all levels, designed with those aged 50 and over in mind. Working through a variety of compound and isolation exercises using our gym floor Synergy rig, you will focus on strengthening your entire body and building your cardio fitness.

Thrive Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

LBT An aerobic style strength-based class which is suitable for all levels. Working through a variety of core and leg exercises, you will focus on strengthening and toning up your entire body. Training both your core and lower body is a fantastic way to improve muscle tone, balance, co-ordination and stability.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday from 12pm until 2pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
