Indoor Cycling
Indoor Cycling is a high intensity class on our stationary bikes in our dedicated cycle studio. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you're new to the class, speak to your instructor who will be happy to help you with bike set up.

Body Pump
"BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Body Attack
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A Les Mills™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, increasing strength and cardio fitness, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Body Jam
BODYJAM™ is the ultimate combination of music and dance. FIT4LIFE
A full body aerobic and strength-based class, which is suitable for all levels, designed with those aged 50 and over in mind. Working through a variety of compound and isolation exercises using our gym floor Synergy rig, you will focus on strengthening your entire body and building your cardio fitness.
