RPM
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

A low impact class which focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Using a variety of mat-based and standing exercises, Pilates integrates breath and movement for a holisitic workout, which can help to strengthen muscles and improve postural alignment. The core principles of Pilates include Breathing, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision and Flow. Options available for all fitness levels and abilities.
