Indoor Cycling Indoor Cycling is a high intensity class on our stationary bikes in our dedicated cycle studio. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you're new to the class, speak to your instructor who will be happy to help you with bike set up.

We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A Les Mills™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, increasing strength and cardio fitness, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
