A full body aerobic and strength-based class, which is suitable for all levels, designed with those aged 50 and over in mind. Working through a variety of compound and isolation exercises using our gym floor Synergy rig, you will focus on strengthening your entire body and building your cardio fitness.

Legs, Bums & Tums
An aerobic style strength-based class which is suitable for all levels. Working through a variety of core and leg exercises, you will focus on strengthening and toning up your entire body. RPM
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
