Body Conditioning
A full body aerobic and strength-based workout. Using a mixture of bodyweight and resistance exercises, this class will improve your cardio fitness, increase your strength and develop your muscular endurance. Options available for all fitness levels and abilities.

Zumba
Zumba is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise! Dance fitness classes aren’t just great for cardiovascular health, you’ll also tone your muscles and improve balance and flexibility.

HIIT
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This 30 minute class will take your cardiovascular training to the next level. Using short bursts of bodyweight and resistance exercises, you will work to increase your stamina, reduce your body fat and build muscle. A fantastic option for those looking for a big workout with multiple benefits in a short amount of time.

Pilates
A low impact class which focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Using a variety of mat-based and standing exercises, Pilates integrates breath and movement for a holisitic workout, which can help to strengthen muscles and improve postural alignment. The core principles of Pilates include Breathing, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision and Flow. Options available for all fitness levels and abilities.
