Chi Ball
The Chi Ball Exercises are based on the five principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine for energy and the concept of balance. Tai Chi style moves are used to generate energy, mobility and flexibility with vigorous to gentle, slow, continuous movement patterns which aid detoxification and oxygen supply to the muscles. Yoga increases strength, flexibility, concentration, balance and self-awareness. Pilates helps to develop core strength. Feldenkrais techniques, to teach us about relaxation and effortless movement patterns, which cultivate the art of listening and letting go. Closing with a relaxation to induce calmness of mind and body.

Body Combat

Mind & Body
Explore how to quieten the mind through the body. The mind-body connection plays an important role in our health and wellbeing. During this class we explore movements to help us connect with our body, with ourselves, and we also share short topical discussion as a way of connecting with others. The movements we practice are both healing and nourishing - a strong mind-body connection can lower blood pressure, anxiety, fatigue and strengthen your overall immune system.

Pilates
A low impact class which focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Using a variety of mat-based and standing exercises, Pilates integrates breath and movement for a holisitic workout, which can help to strengthen muscles and improve postural alignment. Body Attack
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. RPM
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
