Step in side our gym, and say hello to our fantastic fitness team. Whether you're a fitness newbie or returning after a break, our Big Open Weekend is all about letting you have a go. Our team will be on hand to guide you through the gym, they'll help you hope onto the equipment and make sure you feel fully comfortable in our gym.
Plus, you'll get a complimentary 'Get Going session' on the day, this will give you instant insights to your body composition and our team will help you understand your results so you can set personalised goals that work for you. It's a quick and easy way to kick-start your fitness motivation.
Pop down with family, friends or on your own, everyone's welcome.

Dive into some splash-tastic fun at our Big Open Weekend with taster swimming lessons for the budding future Olympian or just pop in for some splashing-good family fun in the pool.
Do you have a little splasher who is curious about swimming lessons, or a duckling ready to take their first splash? Our taster swimming lessons are the perfect chance to dive in.
Our friendly teachers will help build confidence and try new skills in a fun, stress-free environment.

Aqua Challenge

Our splashtastic pool inflatable obstacle course is waiting for you to conquer! Jump, bounce, slip & slide – it's the perfect activity for friends and families!
Suitable for adults and children over 6 years. Children aged 6-7 years need to be accompanied by an adult (16+) participating in the Aqua Challenge. One adult per child.

Looking for some splashing good fun for the kids? Enjoy a swim in our Lagoon Pool, which includes a Splash Pad with exciting water features for children.

Explorers Escape Soft Play
Explorers Escape is a purpose-built three-story soft play, featuring a Boulder Chase Challenge, Mine Cart Racing Open Slide, Climbing Volcano, Tree Trunk Inclined Crawl Tube, Temple Maze, and Lava slides, for children aged up to 12.
- £11.15 per person (adults go free)
- Children must be 1 metre tall to ride the slides.
